Rentphotobooth.com provides its service to you, subject to the following conditions which may be updated from time to time with notice provided, where possible. You are advised to check back regularly, as our terms and conditions of service may change. By using the website either as a registered user, Company or a consumer of the services being offered, you automatically confirm that you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these conditions, please do not use or log in to the website at any time. We process information about you in line with our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you agree to the methods in which we process your personal information and give you permission to upload listing.
2-Access to our Website
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our website without any prior notice. 4-Listing on rentphotobooth.com Basic, Premium and Premium Plus listings have duration of 30 days. The prices and the terms of payment for a listing are pre-defined. The subscriber understands and agrees that upon purchasing a listing for their photo booth business, said listing will not automatically renew on the date of expiration so the listing needs to be renewed by you however alerts may be sent near to expiration except where the subscriber notifies termination thereof to rentphotobooth.com prior to the subscription expiration date. In such cases, the renewal shall be performed in accordance with the manner of payment originally chosen by the subscriber, at the price rate of the original subscription unless discussed otherwise. A listing for one company cannot be substituted for a listing for another. Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us, with termination taking effect from the end of the validity period covered by the last payment made. For instances where a subscriber requires a listing to be removed immediately, please contact us. A refund for the remaining subscription period will not be offered.
5-Subscribers
Your dealings with subscribers or Companies and any entity whatsoever as found through this Directory and this Service are solely between you and such Company, Partnership or entity. You agree that we will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of such dealings or as the result of the presence of a listing on this Service. We are not responsible if a photo booth company will not provide you desired quality services.
6-Indemnity
The consumer and the website subscriber agree to indemnify, defend and hold rentphotobooth.com and any affiliate company harmless against any and all claims resulting from use of this directory and the services of the photo booth businesses being offered as a subscriber of this website. The consumer and the subscriber will indemnify us and keep us indemnified against all losses, damages, costs or expenses and other liabilities (including legal fees) incurred by, awarded against or agreed to be paid by us arising from your breach of any of these terms and conditions.
7-Arbitration Clause
The parties agree that any claim, dispute or controversy, except small claims court lawsuits, arising out of, your use of Our website or services shall be resolved through final and binding Arbitration to be administrated by (“NAM”) National Arbitration and Mediation and governed by NAM’s Comprehensive Dispute Resolution Rules and Procedures in effect at the time such claim is filed. Any award of the Arbitrator is final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court having jurisdiction. You must bring any claim against Us, file any lawsuit or any demand for Arbitration of claims arising out of the use of this website or our services within one year of the occurrence upon which it is based.

8-Exclusive Venue
The parties agree that any arbitration will be conducted in Maricopa County, Arizona. To the extent that these Terms allow the parties to this Agreement to initiate litigation in a court, we agree that, except for a claim that may be brought in small claims court, all claims and disputes (whether contract, tort, or otherwise), including statutory claims and disputes, arising out of or relating to the of this Agreement or the Services we provide will be litigated exclusively in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. If that court lacks original jurisdiction over the litigation, then all such claims and disputes will be litigated in the Superior Court of Arizona, County of Maricopa. All parties to this Agreement consent to the personal jurisdiction of both courts.
9-Choice of Law
Except to the extent they are preempted by U.S. federal law, the laws of Arizona govern the Terms and Contentions of this Agreement and any claims and disputes (whether contract, tort, or otherwise) arising out of or relating to these Terms or their subject matter.
10-Force majeure
We shall not be in breach of this agreement (between you and rentphotobooth.com), nor liable for any failure or delay in performance of any obligations under this agreement, arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond our reasonable control.

14-Third party rights
A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under or in connection with it by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
